Chapter 4: TransducersThe use of transducers in the measuring channels of flight test instrumentation systems is discussed. Emphasis is placed on transducers with an electrical output. The physical effects used for producing the electrical outputs are defined. Diagrams of the various types of transducers are included to show the operating principles.
