The construction and documentation of the Celescope catalogA SAO Celescope photometer used on-board the Orbiting Astronomical Observatory (OAO2) to obtain ultraviolet magnitudes is described, together with the reduction system employed. Information concerning the sky areas and types of stars observed is given. The use of catalogs in machine-accessible form is discussed, and suggestions are made concerning the most useful identifications to be assigned to observed objects.
