Measurements of the vortex wakes of a subsonic and supersonic transport model in the 40 by 80 foot wind tunnelThe rolling moment induced on aircraft models in the wake of a model of a subsonic transport and of a supersonic transport was measured as a function of angle of attack for several configurations. The tests are described and an analysis of the data is given in this memorandum.
