Wind tunnel/flight data correlation for the Boeing 737-100 transport airplaneA brief wind-tunnel/flight data correlation for the Boeing 737-100 airplane was made. The results showed excellent agreement between wind-tunnel and flight trimmed drag polars at Mach numbers less than 0.67. The wind-tunnel data predicted larger drag increments due to compressibility and a lift-curve slope about 9 percent higher than flight.
