Improved interferometer beam splitterCat's-eye retroreflector attached to motor driven lead screw allows low-frequency changes in optical path. Moving-coil actuator attached to other retroreflector allows mid-frequency movements. High-frequency movements are achieved by employing piezoelectric transducer attached to secondary mirror of same retroreflector.
