External heater for cryogenic vesselsWhen used in conjunction with nitrogen purge system, external heating film increases gas temperature, thereby preventing chilling of equipment. Proposed system includes vacuum-deposited layer of gold sandwiched between two layers of Mylar, which act as carrier for film and prevent damage.
