Institutional arrangementsThe practical application of space systems is considered in terms of institutional arrangements. The evolution of space systems is examined along with examples of institutional arrangements for space systems uses or applications. An institutional framework developed to assure the widest practicable application of space system is proposed and described. Recommendations are included.
