Applied Remote Sensing Program (ARSP)Imagery from U-2 flight or Skylab is used to produce maps of Arizona for resource management and land use. Color photography and thermal mapping techniques are described for studying vegetation growth, natural resources, flood plains, soil erosion, and heat loss from buildings.
