Wide-temperature corrosion-resistant pressure regulatorSimplified design and all-metal-and-ceramic-components make pressure regulator compatible with corrosive fluids such as fluorine and hydrazine, and extends operating-temperature range. Flexure guidance eliminates hysteresis and friction, and self-generated contaminations are diminished enough to produce nearly unlimited maintenance-free lifetime.
