Microcircuit-cleaning machineCircuit shaker removes loose particles from hybrid microcircuit packages. Machine can reduce rejections from particle impact noise determination (PIND) tests to less than 7 percent. Shaker is easily constructed and could be manufactured for distribution as kit.
