Zone-controlled resistance heaterGeodesic array of heaters powered by separate electrical supply unit and silicon controlled-rectifier (SCR) control unit produces controlled temperatures over independent zones. Arrays conform to and enclose almost any shape with close thermal coupling and are programmed to reproduce almost any desired time/temperature distribution.
