Local and global processes which impact solar wind electronsA detailed first principle kinetic theory for solar wind electrons which is neither fluid not exospheric in nature is presented. The global and local properties of the solar wind expansion and coulomb collisions that are reflected in the observed electron velocity distribution function are: its bifurcation, skewness, and the differential temperatures of the thermal and suprathermal subpopulations. Predictions of correlations amongst electron solar wind parameters which were previously reported are shown.
