Solar energy system installed at Mount Rushmore National Visitor Center in Keystone, South DakotaThe design and installation of the solar energy system installed at the Mount Rushmore Visitor Center is described. The system was designed to furnish about 45 percent of the heating for the total facility and about 53 percent partial cooling for the 2000 square foot observatory.
