Design considerations for compression panels at elevated temperatureThe potential of graphite/polyimide is assessed on a graphite/polyimide honeycomb sandwich panels and stiffened panel concepts to develop lightweight panels for use at elevated temperatures. The capability is attained to correctly predict panel buckling behavior and panel strength at elevated temperatures.
