Aeronautical test facilities capabilities and useIn the present paper, the status and technical capabilities of the National Aeronautical Facility Program and several support facilities for future aeronautical RDT&E are briefly reviewed. It is seen that these facilities deserve support by government and industry, since aeronautical technology will be constantly required to resolve uncertainties arising in new designs, new materials, and new synthetic fuel systems.
