Predicting and monitoring duststormsInformation on duststorms is processed by terminal receiving signals from two geosynchronous satellites. Data is correlated with that of other agencies to produce color maps depicting storm area. Series of maps reveals storm direction, warning regions up to 24 hours before they are struck.
