A review of the operation of the IUWDS Regional Warning Centre at the Ionospheric Prediction Service, SydneyThe operation of the Sydney Regional Warning Centre is reviewed. Routine data reports are issued daily, while disturbance warnings (short-term forecasts) are issued as necessary. An outline of the methods used in forecasting solar activity and geomagnetic disturbances is given.
