Vibration Analysis With Finite Dynamic ElementsTo enhance usefulness of computers in solving engineering problems, new techniques are being developed for numerical analysis of structural dynamics. Two aspects of this analysis--structural discretization with finite dynamic elements and solution of resulting equations--have been applied in detail to membrane and plane stress/strain continua.
