Use of airplanes for loft trainingThe use of an aircraft for line oriented flight training (LOFT) is examined. Cockpit resource management (CRM) and LOFT training are compared. The advantages of the LOFT is a better cost effectiveness since there is no need to buy a simulator. The flight crew workload can be limited to a minimum.
