Spacecraft hazard and shielding requirements

The elements related to hazard assessment (systems damage criteria, impact damage assessment, and mission success assessment algorithms) of the proposed 10-yr space debris assessment plan were reviewed for validity of the research elements; accuracy of the proposed effort and cost; duration of the task element; and interaction with the other elements of the plan.
