On the influence of the heliomagnetospheric periphery on the galactic cosmic raysThe suggestion is substantiated that the periphery of the heliomagnetosphere, the region in which properties depend on both solar wind and interstellar space parameters, plays a much more important role in the solar modulation of galactic cosmic rays than previously believed.
