Three-Frequency Water-Vapor RadiometerMeasurements increase accuracies of delay predictions. Threefrequency microwave radiometer measures quantity of water vapor in atmosphere, part of effort to determine microwave-signal delays due to water vapor. Delay estimates necessary for accurate determination of distances in geodesy and related applications as very-long-baseline interferometry. Water-vapor data directly useful in weather research.
