R4 airfoil data corrected for sidewall boundary-layer effects in the Langley 0.3-meter transonic cryogenic tunnelCorrected aerodynamic data for the R4 airfoil at Mach numbers from 0.60 to 0.78 and angles of attack from -2.0 deg. to 4.5 deg. are presented. The test Reynolds numbers were 4 million, 6 million, 10 million, 15 million, 30 million, and 40 million based on the 152.32-mm chord of the airfoil. Corrections for data were previously published in NASA Technical Memorandum 85739. The design goal of a normal-force coefficient of 0.65 at a Mach number of 0.73 and a Reynolds number of 30 million was successfully obtained with this airfoil.
