Modified-Edge Compact-Range Measurement SystemLarge curved edge termination reduces edge-scattered field in target area by one order of magnitude. Large, curved-edge treatment, involves radius of curvature equal to or greater than focal distance, provides improvement by creating reflected field that goes smoothly from parabolic surface to curved surface termination. Concept used on any reflector configuration requiring creation of field without diffraction from edge terminations.
