Trifluorophenylethylidene Condensation PolyimidesReport describes synthesis and properties of trifluorophenylethylidene (3F) condensation polyimides. Properties of these new polymers make suitable thermal-control coatings, interlayer dielectrics in advanced wafer chips, and electronic-multilevel-interconnection layers.
