Remote boundary conditions for unsteady multidimensional aerodynamic computationsThe behavior of gas dynamic flows which are perturbations of a uniform stream in terms of information transfer across artificial (computational) boundaries remote from the source of disturbance are discussed. A set of boundary conditions is derived involving vorticity, entropy, and pressure-velocity relationships derived from bicharacteristic equations.
