The Hall EffectThe experimental procedure consists of the measurement of the Hall coefficient, resistivity, and Hall mobility as a function of temperature of a sample of gallium arsenides before and after irradiation with low and high energy protons. Work has begun on the development of the theory and subsequently experiments will be designed and performed.
