Three-Waveguide Beam And Polarization SplitterDifferent modes guided to different output ports. Monolithic ensemble of three waveguides splits input signal beam into three output beams according to polarization components. Waveguides made of titanium diffused in lithium niobate. Before diffusion step, titanium deposited to form inner waveguide and outer waveguides on both sides of inner one.
