Calculating Turbine-Blade LoadsRotor/stator interactions analyzed with help of approximations. Analytical procedure assists designers of turbomachinery in calculating dynamic loads on blades and vanes. Procedure involves approximations simplifying calculation of phase angles and amplitudes of pressure fields throughout blade and vane rows at each disturbance frequency.
