Interval Counter Measures Stability Of FrequencyPropagation of errors and effects of dead time suppressed. System includes precise timing-pulse generator with interval counter and suitably programmed computer determines relative stability or instability of frequency of two signals differing in frequency by about 1 Hz. Designed for use in frequency-standards laboratory.
