Winds from Cataclysmic VariablesCurrent understanding of the winds from Cataclysmic Variables is discussed, with particular emphasis on the understanding and modeling of the line profiles. Recent efforts at constructing such models are summarized, and a dynamical model is constructed which may serve to illustrate some of the physical principles acting in CV winds.
