Computing Geopotential PerturbationsImproved formulation reduces error and number of computational steps. Report describes method for calculating partial derivative of geopotential perturbation with respect to time. Useful in computations of orbit of lightweight satellite in which total orbital energy or related parameter one of dependent variables.
