Diode-Laser Doppler VelocimeterDiode-laser Doppler velocimeter measures nonintrusively flow of incompressible fluid in narrow tube. New velocimeter rugged, compact, and competitive in cost. Includes three-section optical head mounted on tube containing flow. In slightly different version, beam splitter and mirror used to split laser beam into two beams.
