Computing Deformations Of Rubbery MaterialsBetter use made of experimental data in finite-element computations. New formulation of constitutive equations of rubbery, nonlinearly elastic material enables finite-element analysis of boundary-value stress-and-strain problems involving arbitrary shapes and loads. In development of formulation, principal stretches used as arguments of strain-energy-density function.
