Lightweight composite mirror analysis and testingThe Jet Propulsion Laboratory InterDisciplinary Model for precision composite structures is described along with the HAVOC composite computer code used to study laminate mirror facesheets. The composite mirror panel thermal behavior is described in addition to structural and optical characteristics. Environmental mirror performance testing and performance test/prediction correlation are covered.
