Program For Elastoplastic Analyses Of Plane FramesPLAN2D is FORTRAN computer program for plastic analysis of planar frame structures. Given structure and loading pattern as input, calculates ultimate load that structure sustains before collapse. Element moments and plastic hinge rotations calculated for ultimate load. Locations of hinges required for collapse mechanisms to form also determined. Nonlinear collapse phenomena simulated by iterative linear analyses.
