GPS composite clock software performanceComputer software for ensembling all the space vehicle (SV) and ground clocks of the Global Positioning Systems (GPS) was implemented at the Master Control Station (MCS) on 17 June 1990. Improved GPS time stability and steering control are predicted. The perceptions of both Air Force and outside users are assessed. Current performance is compared with theoretical predictions.
