Mini-rack testbed evaluationThe goal was to characterize the Health Maintenance Facility (HMF)-like mini-racks and drawers onboard the KC-135 as a test bed for the Space Station Freedom HMF racks. An additional goal was to evaluate the attachments, mounting points, and inner drawer assemblies of the mini-racks for various medical equipment and supplies. Results and recommendations are given.
