A deep Abell cluster redshift surveyRedshifts have been measured for a complete sample of 145 Abell clusters of galaxies of median redshift 0.16 covering a 561 sq deg region at high Galactic latitude. Clustering on scales greater than about 70/h Mpc cannot be detected. A large void of diameter about 20,000 km/s seen in maps of the cluster distribution is consistent with smaller scale behavior of the correlation function of the survey. Large-scale peculiar motions are about 1000 km/s or less, a limit inconsistent with the claimed detection by Bahcall et al. (1986) of peculiar motions of about 2000 km/s.
