Parametric Instabilities Of Alfven WavesReport presents theoretical study of parametric instabilities of finite-amplitude, circularly-polarized Alfven waves in plasma having pressure anisotropy. Waves studied are observed in solar wind and conjectured to exist in interstellar and other cosmic plasmas.
