Simplified Computation Of Blade-Surface Coordinates

Coordinates of points on complicated three-dimensional surface of turbo-machine blade computed by method partly simplifying three-dimensional problem to two-dimensional problem. Method implemented in computer program enabling rapid hydrodynamical evaluation and optimization of blade surface prior to definition of final design of, and analysis of stresses in blade. By incorporating program into procedure for designing turbomachine, one reduces time spent on design iterations.
