Solidification of InSb-GaSb alloy and InSb with vibrationThe objective of this project is to determine the influence of vibration on the composition homogeneity and microstructure of alloy semiconductors solidified with the Vertical Bridgman-Stockbarger (VBS) technique. InSb-GaSb and InSb were directionally solidified in a VBS apparatus with axial vibration of the ampoule.
