Diffusive transport in cluster-center radio sourcesUnlike most jet-fed radio sources, those attached to dominant central galaxies in clusters are thought to be maintained by diffusion of relativistic electrons through the turbulent, magnetized cluster gas. However, severe synchrotron losses do not allow the electrons to diffuse far enough to account for these sources, unless some in situ reacceleration process is taking place. In this paper I consider the possibility that second-order turbulent acceleration can account for these sources.
