Geodetic And Astrometric VLBI ProgramMODEST estimates propagation delays and geodetic and astrometric parlameters. MODEST is delay-model (MOD) and parameter-estimation (EST) program that takes into account such delay effects as those related to geometry, clock, troposphere, and ionosphere. Written in FORTRAN 77, C language, and VAX Assembler for DEC VAX-series computers running VMS.
