Dual Overlapping, Weighted PreaveragersImproved technique incorporated into digital processing of received radio signals that bear digital data reduces bandwidth of incoming noise when receiver operated over broad range of potential signal bandwidths. Technique in question is updated version of older preaveraging technique; two modifications decrease vulnerability to interference from adjacent channels.
