Boron-carbon-silicon polymers and the ceramic thereofThe present invention relates to a process for the production of an organoborosilicon preceramic polymer. The prepolymer is pyrolyzed to produce a ceramic article useful in high temperature (e.g., aerospace) or extreme environmental applications.
