Storing Data In Circulating ElectronsProposed memory device contains electrons traveling in circular orbit in vacuum. Orientations of electron spins (up or down) represents binary ones or zeros, respectively. Assuming length of each memory element 100 times classical fictitious electron radius, device theoretically capable of storing 446 gigabytes of data per meter of circumference of orbit.
