Report describes program for creating and editing telemetry frames on personal computer. Menu-driven and creates or edits digital telemetry manually or automatically by occurrence of event. Stream of telemetric data used to test operation of hardware and software parts of telemetry-receiving station. Program useful in satellite-data-processing facilities like remote-sensing stations.
