Swivel Total-Temperature ProbeImproved probe designed to be mounted at wingtip of airplane and used for measuring total temperature of air when airplane flies at high angles of attack. Four fins and swivel mount enable probe to align itself aerodynamically with local flow of air. Thus, stagnated-flow condition needed for accurate measurement of total temperature achieved.
