A Study of Friction Stir Welded 2195 Al-Li Alloy by the Scanning Reference Electrode TechniqueA study of the corrosion of friction stir welded 2195 Al-Li alloy has been carried out using the scanning reference electrode technique (SRET). The results are compared to those obtained from a study of heterogeneously welded samples.
